The Beachcomber St. Pete Beach Resort & Hotel, St. Pete Beach

The Beach Comber has some strong points like its beautiful beach access and great atmosphere at Jimmy B's bar, especially with the live music that adds to the fun vibe. However, the recent decline in room maintenance and customer service left much to be desired during my stay. While the outdoor spaces and tropical landscaping are appealing, the experience was overall tarnished by issues with room cleanliness and inconsistency in service.

My stay at the Beachcomber Resort was quite disappointing this time around. The location is fantastic for beach access and the live music at Jimmy B’s is definitely a highlight, creating a vibrant atmosphere. However, I found the rooms to be outdated and in need of maintenance, and the service was far from what I expected, which really impacted our experience. Unfortunately, given the state of the rooms and the service issues, I wouldn’t consider this resort for future visits.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just steps away from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired, as the service was inconsistent and the food pricing felt a tad high. Overall, it offers decent value for the price, but some improvements in food service would enhance the experience significantly.

I had a fantastic last-minute overnight stay at this hotel after a day at Busch Gardens. The room was clean, updated, and comfortable, which exceeded my expectations, especially for such a great price. The dining options, especially at Jimmy B's, offered delicious food and lively entertainment, though I did hear some complaints from others about service and cleanliness in certain areas. Overall, it's a hidden gem I would definitely revisit for a beach getaway.
